113SM/HFK activation

Thank You very much for Your help! Your call-sign will be 113SM/HFK. You will do something absolutely special for s! Your help will be REALLY BIG!

Here is regulations of SM-HFK “Help for Krystian” competition.

Organizers:

1.      Competition is organized by Polish DX Group SUGAR MIKE
2.      All information related with competition are published on official PG DX SUGAR MIKE website www.sugarmike.org/hfk

Competition schedules:

Competition will take place in three sessions:

1 – from 3^rd to 4^th December 2011

2 – from 10^th to 11^th December 2011

3 – from 17^th to 18^th December 2011

Each session will begin first day on 00:00 GMT, and will end on 24:00 GMT of the second day.

Connections:

In time of SM-HFK Competition points will be granted for each QSO with unique station. Stations xxxSM/HFK will log stations using “in the log” system, without progressive numbers.

Classification:

After the end of SM-HFK Competition, two classifications will be prepared:

HFK -  Station working as xxxSM/HFK,

OPEN – Individual or club stations.

Score:

Each QSO – 1 point.

Logs:

Logs should contain: QSO date, time of the connection, correspondent sign, send and receive reports. After last session of Competition logs should be send by email to competition manager 161SM270  Bob. Logs must be send on smhq@poczta.fm no later than last of December 2011.

Results:

Competition results will be published on the website of the Polish Group DX SUGAR MIKE - www.sugarmike.org/hfk.

Diplomas and awards:

For participation in the competition all participants will be awarded to Electronic Certificates. Additionally, for the first three places in each category will be awarded trophies, and for places 4^th to 15^th - diplomas.

Event Organizers decisions are final and can’t be subject of appeal.

MU and not MU operators are invited to participate

* DATES
The Contest will take place in 3 sessions of 24 hours each:
1th session:
from 12 am (GMT) of the 4th/June/2011 to 12 am (GMT) of the 5th/June/2011

2th session:
from 12 am (GMT) of the 3th/September/2011 to 12 am (GMT) of the 4th/September/2011

3th session:
from 12 am (GMT) of the 24th/September/2011 to 12 am (GMT) of the 25th/September/2011

* STATIONS (categories)
Only ?Single Operator? stations are admitted ( no Multi ).
The Call Sign used must be written on the Log with all other data (such as: Name, address, e-mail, etc)

* LOGS
All entries (QSO?s) must be reported on the log and with the following data:
CALL SIGN (QSO) ? TIME (GMT) and DATE of the contact ? TX and RX PROGRESSIVE ? FREQUENCY.
Logs must be sent to Paul 26MU876 and Martin 10MU125 (MU World Coordinators) no later than 31th of October 2011, all logs received after this deadline will not be valid.

2 classes of placings will be awarded:
- MAIK UNIFORM MEMBERS: Trophy and 500 QSL flag division for the 1st place and Trophy for the 2nd and 3rd places.

Nice QSO with Christope 14ZK066 (in video)

Contact établi avec la Malaisie occidentale le 31 mars 2011, étable en voiture arreté en qth de la tour de Madeloc dans le dépt.66. Conditions de traffic Icom 706mk2g, 100 wtts, antenne WA27 sur le toit de la voiture. Le QTH de la station 113MB190 Arie était la ville de Besar Sungai dans la province de Selangor en Malaisie Occidentale. Distance entre nos deux stations de 10400 kms.

Super QSO, de plus fait en voiture, premier contact avec la malaisie pour moi !!!!
A bientot pour d'autre aventure......
